  • What are your double aperture frame sizes?

    We stock two sizes of double aperture frame. Our smaller size comprises two images measuring 12x20cm each in a frame measuring 44x34cm. Our larger sizes comprises two images measuring 20x30cm each in a frame measuring 59x44cm.

  • Can double aperture frames be ordered with horizontal images rather than vertical?

    Yes. Where the images are horizontal, they will run underneath each other. You can order this online by simly rotating your files before you upload them. Appropriate hanging brackets will be provided on the rear of the frame.

  • Can I order a custom double aperture frame?

    Yes. If you'd like to order a bigger sized frame, email us your requirments and we can price it for you. Generally custom orders would take at least 3 weeks extra to allow for production and delivery of the frame to us.

  • How do I hang my framed print?

    All our framed prints come with robust hanging brackets on the reverse. Simply insert an appropriate picture hook into your wall and position the bracket onto the hook.

  • Do you use glass in your framed prints?

    We use a shatter proof acrylic type glaze with our framed prints. Regular picture glass is unsafe to work with, adds to the weight for shipping and breaks too easily in transit. Our shatter proof glaze is much safer and easier to ship.

  • Will you check my file quality before printing it?

    Yes. If you’re unsure about your file’s quality, email it to us for a quick assessment. We ensure only high-quality prints are produced and will contact you if your file requires adjustment.

  • Can I collect my photo printing order from Kinsale?

    Yes, collection is available for all products and can be selected at checkout. Please note, this does not change the lead time.

  • I need an urgent print? Can you do a fast turnaround?

    Yes. All our prints are delivered free of charge in Ireland and are available for express despatch if you need them in a hurry. We also offer very affordable worldwide shipping.

  • I have a hard deadline for my print. Can you guarantee delivery?

    No. Unfortunately we are unable to ever guarantee delivery by a particular date and this includes birthdays and Christmas. Please ensure you order with lots of time to spare to cope with unexpected delays in the postal system.

  • Do you offer discounts on canvas prints and framed prints?

    We offer a 10% discount on your first order when you join our mailing list. In addition, we send regular montly discounts to subscribers of our list for canvas prints, framed prints, wood photo blocks and our complete range of travel posters. These discounts are entirely exclusive to our mailing list and we don't publicise them on social media or on our website. Stay subscribed for these great discounts of up to 20% off.
