About The Canvas Works

After graduating with Honors from Trinity School of Law, Patrick Ryan spent 10 years working in advertising agencies in London and Dublin before moving to Kinsale with his wife Lynne to set up The Canvas Works in 2007.   • What are your wood photo block sizes?

    You can order a wood photo block in square, landscape/portrait or panoramic.

  • How long does it take for my order to despatch?

    We have three service level options for despatch of our prints. Our free despatch takes about 7 days. You can pay €10 for a faster despatch which takes about 5 days. And for really urgent orders, you can pay €50 to skip the queue entirely and get despatch in 2-3 days.

    Please note that transit time is not included in any of these options as this will vary greatly depending on your location. All of our despatch lead times are based on the amount of time your order will take to move through our production process.

  • How do I hang my wood photo block?

    Our wooden photo blocks have a built-in hanging system on the reverse. Simply insert a screw (or two depending on size) into the wall and then slide the wood mount onto the screw. Your wood photo block will sit flush against the wall.

  • Do you offer gift notes or gift wrapping for your prints?

    You can add a gift note to your order at checkout. We will print this note and add it to a nice gift tag with your print. We don't offer gift wrapping but your order will be nicely and safely packed and does not ship with any type of invoice or receipt.
